Payments and fees

When a student or member pays in YourGolf - for a lesson, a course or anything else sold through the service - the payment goes directly to you as the seller. YourGolf facilitates the payment via Stripe or Swish but is not a party to the purchase. You are responsible towards your customers, for example for complaints and VAT, just as with any other sale.

For every payment via Stripe or Swish, YourGolf charges a transaction fee of 3 % of the payment amount. The fee includes the payment provider’s own fees, so there are no separate card or Swish fees. The fee is deducted automatically before the money is paid out to you. No fixed fees beyond your subscription.

In the event of a refund, or if a card payment is disputed by the cardholder (chargeback), the amount is deducted from your balance. The transaction fee is not refunded.

Card payments are paid out by Stripe to the bank account you have connected. To receive card payments you accept Stripe’s terms for connected accounts.
