Set prices by time of day, by weekday, by membership tier. Gold members pay 200 krona per hour for the simulator on weekdays — 300 on weekends. Guests, 400. The system calculates correctly, every time.

When a booking is confirmed, the door code is delivered to the member's phone — fifteen minutes before start time, not sooner, not later. Support for Parakey and DoorLock, or static codes for simpler locks. No receptionist needed to hand out keys.

For clubs with a shop, kiosk, café or restaurant. The member tops up a balance, then pays with a QR code directly in the app. You get a simpler operation, and your members get frictionless access to everything the club offers.
Balance that lives in the app.
The member tops up an amount in krona, euro or pounds — depending on where you are. The balance is visible in the Player app along with transaction history. At payment, the terminal scans the QR code, and the amount is deducted instantly.
VAT at consumption, not at top-up.
When the member tops up their balance, nothing happens in your accounting. It's when the balance is consumed — the coffee, the golf balls, the lunch — that the transaction is recorded with the correct VAT rate. No manual adjustments after the fact.

COMMUNICATION

COURSES & PASSES
From beginner course to season pass.
Recurring groups aren't individual lessons in a series. They have their own rules — number of sessions, max participants, waitlists, rebookings. YourGolf handles the logic so you can focus on the course itself.

One course, many sessions, one enrollment.
Create a junior course with eight sessions. Set max participants and number of pros. When a student signs up, they're automatically placed on all sessions. If a student cancels a single session, another can take the spot from the waitlist.
Prepaid, freely chosen, automatically deducted.
Sell a winter pass for ten simulator sessions. The student books whenever they want — sessions are automatically deducted from the balance. When all sessions are used up, they can buy more. No need for you to keep count.

Your trainers get YourGolf Pro — an app built for their daily work. Schedule, students, lesson notes, video analysis, invoicing. All synced with the club's system.
